Learning how to speak boundaries with others in order to have healthy dynamics in close relationships is one of the most important sessions I offer. This essential life skill is typically not taught to us. Regardless of which relationship you are struggling with, overcoming limitations and creating practical solutions to change any source of discomfort is the goal of this 2 hr one-on-one session. Are you tolerating behavior from someone you are close to that is not working for you? Do you feel drained when you are around certain people in your life? Do people speak to you in a disrespectful way or mistreat you? Are you in a codependent relationship? Most of us were not taught how to effectively communicate boundaries with family, friends, partners, co-workers, etc. Instead, we model methods that just don't work, including shaming, guilt tripping, threatening, playing the victim, and being passive-aggressive. This session teaches a very specific, step by step technique for concisely communicating what works and what doesn't work for you. Make the shift from being at the mercy of a situation to creating healthy dynamics by using this tool in all areas of life. Boundaries are not walls; we are not pushing others away with them or going into a self-protective posture. Boundaries create an essential filter, removing the energy that drains you in your exchanges with others, leaving you both with peace, ease and positivity.

There’s a lot of conversation these days about the concepts of ‘transformation’ and ‘manifesting what we want’, but these concepts seem to be a bit abstract and always slightly out of reach. I was compelled to create a straight forward technique that’s easy and effective for creating the changes we desire.

Energy healing is an extremely important tool for affecting change by clearing what we store in the body and psyche that weighs us down, but I find that clean, effective communication is an essential tool as well. My ‘Setting Healthy Boundaries’ session creates a space to look at how we operate in relationships and to learn new skills that allow us to be authentic and in control of our lives. Setting boundaries is prevention - when we have boundaries, we do not have chaos, strain and stress at the forefront of our lives.
